In a second tranche in the period from 13 November 2017 to 15 November 2017 RWE AG bought back in total 134,420 common shares with a value of approx. 2,895,439.64 EUR. The buybacks were made in order to fulfill obligations relating to an employee stock option plan and are completed now.
