Om rollen

• Servicetekniker är en roll med mycket frihet där du dagligen får möjligheten att arbeta med utvecklande arbetsuppgifter inom service och felsökning på våra vindkraftsanläggningar.
• Du utgår från vårt kontor i Kalmar men arbetet kommer till största del vara förlagt ute på våra olika vindkraftsparker och sker enligt RWEs hälsa- och säkerhetsstandards.

Om dig
För att trivas och lyckas i rollen tror vi att du gillar att arbeta med problemlösning och varierande arbetsuppgifter då en ny dag innebär nya utmaningar. Har du erfarenhet från vindkraftsindustrin så ser vi det som meriterande men det är inte ett krav.
Du som söker bör ha:

• Flera år med yrkesmässig erfarenhet av tekniskt arbete med el, mekanik eller hydraulik
• God förmåga att analysera och lösa problem
• God datorvana avseende Microsoft Office eller motsvarande
• En vilja att ”få saker gjort” samt en vilja och bra förmåga att arbeta i grupp
• God hälsa behövs för arbetet i turbinerna som innebär hög höjd och klättring
• Resor med övernattning förekommer, då vissa av våra anläggningar ligger längre bort. 
• Behärskar Svenska och engelska muntligt o skriftligt

Som person tror vi att du är ansvarstagande, driftig och självgående. Vi tror också att du är nyfiken och gärna vill lära dig nya saker. För att passa in i teamet behöver du också vara rak och tydlig i din kommunikation och ha lätt för att samarbeta med dina kollegor. Vidare är du en prestigelös person som gärna hjälper till där det behövs. I tjänsten ingår det även att ta sig till våra olika anläggningar med servicebil därav krav på körkort-B. I tjänsten ingår även att upprätthålla ordning och reda i servicebilen på en daglig basis. Att arbeta som vindkraftstekniker är fysiskt krävande så inför påbörjad anställning kommer du att genomföra en hälsoundersökning.

Do you want meaningful work that makes an impact on society, the future, and the environment? Then come work with us as a service technician specializing in wind power at RWE! We are currently looking for a new colleague for our facilities in the area around Kalmar.

About the role

• The role of a service technician offers a lot of freedom, providing you with daily opportunities to work on developing tasks within service and troubleshooting at our wind power facilities.
• You will be based at our office in Kalmar, but most of the work will take place out at our various wind farms, adhering to RWE's health and safety standards.

About you
To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you enjoy working with problem-solving and varied tasks, as each new day brings new challenges. If you have experience in the wind power industry, we consider it a plus, but it's not a requirement.
Applicants should have:

• Several years of professional experience in technical work with electricity, mechanics, or hydraulics
• Strong ability to analyze and solve problems
• Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office or equivalent
• A willingness to "get things done" and a strong ability to work in a team
• Good health is needed for work involving turbines, which requires working at heights and climbing
• Travel with overnight stays may occur, as some of our facilities are located further away
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We believe you are responsible, enterprising, and self-sufficient. We also think you are curious and eager to learn new things. To fit in with the team, you need to communicate clearly and work well with your colleagues. Furthermore, you are modest, willing to help where needed, and you will be required to travel to our various facilities using a service car; hence, a driver's license (B) is required. The role also includes maintaining order in the service car daily. Working as a wind power technician is physically demanding, so a health check will be required before commencing employment.
