Share buyback program 2024 - 2026 – Interim Report No. 1

In the period from 28 November 2024 to 29 November 2024, a total of 1,292,464 shares were purchased under the share buyback program of RWE Aktiengesellschaft, the start of which was announced on 27 November 2024.

The shares were purchased by a credit institution commissioned by the company as follows:
