Our Annual General Meeting took place on 3 May 2019 in Essen. The Annual General Meeting of RWE AG resolved a dividend of € 0.70 per share for fiscal 2018.
Furthermore, the Annual General Meeting resolved on the conversion of all the 39,000,000 preferred shares into ordinary shares. In a subsequent Preferred Shareholders Meeting, the preferred shareholders of RWE AG passed a resolution to give their approval to this resolution.
The next ordinary Annual General Meeting of RWE AG will take place on 28 April 2020 at the Grugahalle in Essen.
