Dividend proposal for past fiscal year: €1.10 per share.
In view of the Group’s persistently strong earnings, the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of RWE AG will propose a dividend of €1.10 per share for fiscal 2024 to the Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2025. Thereafter, we will look to raise the dividend by 5 % to 10 % annually. The dividend envisaged for fiscal 2025 is €1.20, representing a rise of 9 %.
