Dividend proposal for past fiscal year: €1.00 per share.
In view of the Group’s good earnings, the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of RWE AG will propose a dividend of €1.00 per share for fiscal 2023 to the Annual General Meeting on 3 May 2024. Thereafter, we will look to raise the dividend 5% to 10% annually. The Executive Board envisages that the dividend payment for 2024 will likely be €1.10 per share, which represents an increase of 10%.
