We would like to explicitly point out that the pre-qualification measures do not constitute a public-procurement-law pre-qualification procedure pursuant to section 5 number 6 of the German Contract Procedures for Services, part A chapter 4 (VOL/A-SKR) or section 5 number 9 of the German Contract Procedures for Construction Work part A chapter 4 (VOB/A-SKR).
