

Our 18-month Kickstarter Procurement Renewables Programme is designed for you to get in-depth business insights, build up your own international network and bring your knowledge into diverse projects. We have a clear focus on providing you with a general overview on supply chain and procurement strategies as well as processes within RWE Offshore Wind. This is the perfect basis for your future career in procurement.
During the programme, you will have the opportunity to do three rotations in different procurement functions of the organisation to get a full picture from day-to-day purchasing activities, to specific category strategies or transformation & process related procurement topics. Just to mention some examples of teams and areas you can explore:
Besides, you will have the opportunity to stay 6 months abroad – outside of your start country.
During your time in the programme, you will be supported by a Mentor and your development will be further accelerated via trainings, Peer-Coaching, etc.
