Application process

The application process takes up to 12 weeks and usually includes the following steps.

Once you have found a suitable graduate programme, apply exclusively online using the “Apply now” button in the respective job description.

If you have all the documents ready, the application process only takes 3-5 minutes. Immediately after uploading your application, you will receive an automated confirmation of receipt.

Generally you will receive initial feedback from us within two weeks after your application.

The next steps in the application process are usually

  • Online test 
  • (Time-shifted) video interview
  • Assessment centre

After completing each step successfully, you’ll be invited to the next one. The order of the steps may vary.

Some graduate programmes require a medical examination. You’ll be informed in due course.

4. Contract

If it suits both parties, we will be happy to make you an offer and send you the contract. Please send it back as soon as possible. The entire process typically takes up to 12 weeks.
