Whether you join us right out of university or from another consultancy, the opportunity to progress at RWE is limited only by your own ambition. There are four grades to which we recruit within the business – all of which give you outstanding development opportunities.

This entry-level role will see you launching your Consulting career, after your Master’s degree, as part of our close-knit team. You’ll formulate and test hypotheses – gathering and analysing data to test those – and, ultimately, developing business-critical recommendations. It’s an outstanding opportunity to learn about RWE’s multiple business challenges, facilitate and participate in group discussions to address them, and present strategic concepts to key stakeholders.

Designing and implementing bespoke solutions to some of the most important challenges facing our industry will be your purpose as a Senior Consultant. Experienced, passionate about delivering client satisfaction and with a proven track record of gaining consensus approval on innovative ideas, you’ll be ready to take ownership of – and responsibility for – individual workstreams. It’s about developing strong, collaborative relationships with management and other clients as you engage in the delivery of concepts and recommendations that empower their progress.

This high-level role will see you leading, developing and motivating Consulting teams. It’s about taking ownership of complex projects and individual workstreams, managing project goals and objectives – and devising the strategies and recommendations to meet those objectives. A trusted sparring partner with RWE’s senior management, you’ll bring a wealth of credibility and influence to the role. We’re looking for seasoned project managers who know the value of a collaborative approach.

The strategic driver for the design and implementation of client solutions, you’ll lead larger Consulting teams on our most challenging and complex assignments. As you’ll be continually abreast of developments within the industry, you’ll be a highly credible and authoritative partner to senior management. We’re looking for top-level professionals who can devise strategies to achieve RWE’s ambitious goals and maximise the Group’s potential.

As a Partner, you will play a key role in the strategic direction of our organisation. You will engage with senior stakeholders to initiate projects and programmes that fit seamlessly into the broader business context. You will collaborate with senior management to set goals and steer the direction of these initiatives.

As a trusted sparring partner to top management, you will support critical decision-making processes and lead project managers and consultants to achieve successful outcomes. In addition, you will foster the development of our consultants and drive important internal issues to ensure both business success and personal growth within the team.
