Please introduce yourself: What are you studying, and in which semester are you?
Hello, my name is Colin. I am currently in my 5th Master’s semester studying Management and Economics at Ruhr-University Bochum.
When did you join RWE, and in which department/business area?
I joined RWE Offshore Wind at the beginning of 2024 as a working student in the Recruiting & Talent Acquisition team.
What topics/projects do you work on?
Together with my fellow working student colleagues, I am responsible for the junior talent acquisition process. Additionally, I assist in data-driven processes, evaluate recruiting KPIs, and support the implementation of new technological processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
What is it like working at RWE, and what kind of benefits do you receive?
Working at RWE is a great experience. The work environment is friendly and collaborative – you can easily approach colleagues on Teams for questions or support, which makes everything much smoother. On-campus amenities are excellent; the food options are convenient and delicious, and the health center offers access to an e-gym with free weights or exciting fitness courses, all contributing to a healthy work-life balance.
