Flexible working arrangements
We understand that everyone has different out-of-work and personal circumstances, and we endeavour to support regardless of what these are. That’s why flexible and mobile working are options which can be available such as parent-child offices and in-house day nurseries on some sites, part-time working, hybrid-arrangements, and flexible hours.
Parental leave coaching
In certain areas of RWE, we offer special coaching for parents and families looking to make the best decisions with regards to parental leave and returning to work afterwards. We have very experienced suppliers in the field of parental leave coaching on hand, meaning our approach even further supports employees.
Office spaces that work
We strive to be as reasonably accessible as possible. This, therefore, includes making changes on our campuses to make sure no employee is limited or held back at work. We don’t forget that it’s the small details that make a difference, from ensuring wheelchairs can move freely in our canteens to including a kindergarten on our Essen campus, and providing contemplation rooms for religious practice at some of our sites.
